Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policy – Jaipuri Kurta

At Jaipuri Kurta, we want you to have a smooth and trusted shopping experience. Every product is checked before dispatch, and we try our best to show accurate product images, descriptions, colours, sizes, and prices.

Please read our cancellation, exchange, and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange support within 3 days of delivery for eligible domestic orders placed on our official website.

You can request an exchange in case of:

  • Size issue
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Wrong product received
  • Manufacturing defect

2. Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
  • Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.
  • Exchanged products cannot be exchanged again.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • A ₹200 exchange processing fee per item will be applicable for size/product exchange.

Colour differences caused by screen brightness, lighting, photography, or device display settings will not be considered a defect.

3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Registered mobile number
  • Clear product photos
  • Unboxing video

After verification, we will offer a replacement or exchange. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a suitable replacement, store credit, or refund as applicable.

4. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact us through our Exchange Request page or email us at:

Once your request is approved:

  1. We will arrange reverse pickup, subject to courier service availability.
  2. Reverse pickup will be attempted twice.
  3. If pickup is not available or unsuccessful, the customer will need to self-ship the product.
  4. Once the product is received and passes quality check, the replacement will be dispatched within 1–2 working days.

We recommend using a reliable courier service such as India Post Speed Post.

6. Cancellation Policy

COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed or processed.

Jaipuri Kurta reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:

  • Product or fabric unavailability
  • Pricing or listing error
  • Payment issue
  • Suspicious, fraudulent, or high-risk transaction

7. Refund Policy

Jaipuri Kurta does not offer returns or refunds for delivered orders due to size issues, change of mind, colour preference, or personal choice.

Only exchange is available as per the policy mentioned above.

Refunds are applicable only in special cases, such as:

  • Wrong product delivered and replacement is unavailable
  • Damaged or defective product verified by our team and replacement is unavailable
  • Order cancelled by Jaipuri Kurta before dispatch
  • Prepaid payment received but order could not be processed

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

8. Important Notes

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance sale, or special offers are eligible for exchange only if mentioned on the product page.
  • Any product returned without approval will not be accepted.
  • Used, washed, altered, damaged by customer, or tag-removed products will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Shipping, COD, and exchange processing charges are non-refundable.
